Moved to Chicago and became a licensed Architect & LEED AP certified. Started own firm 29 years ago, Earles Architects and Associates is now a well-known firm of 20 employees headquartered in the West Loop, with clients including Tishman Speyer, John Buck, Jones Lang LaSalle and Sterling Bay. Now own three separate businesses, Earles Architects + Associates, SEAATS, and Epic Gourmet Popcorn. All three are certified LGBTBEs with the NGLCC. Advocate of diversity and inclusion.
