Bio: I concentrate my practice in the following areas: (1) corporate law; (2) litigation; (3) banking; and (4) regulatory/legislative issues. What distinguishes me--and my firm from most others--is that we are able to focus on real world effects of the work we do. These effects can be financial, personal, or familial to name a few possibilities.
